Brasa y Humo: Quivira Grill Fest
On Saturday, July 18, from noon to 6 P.M., Quivira Steakhouse will host a very special culinary event featuring the exceptional talents of four of our region’s most celebrated chefs: Diego Becerra of El Presidio Cocina de México in Mazatlán, Luis Osuna of Cayenna Cocina del Mundo in Mazatlán, Ibrahim Amaya of Amalia Cocina de Instinto in Santiago, BCS, and Pueblo Bonito’s very own Carlos Arriaga of Quivira Steakhouse. Attendees will have the chance to chat with the chefs and savor smoked meats from four different stations, each corresponding to a unique preparation method: grill, earth oven, charcoal, and “Chinese box” (a style of very slow cooking).
Advanced tickets are required for this exciting, one-day-only event. Pricing is as follows:
40 USD for Pueblo Bonito all-inclusive guests 60 USD for all other adults and teens age 14 and up 20 USD for children ages 10 to 13 No charge for children 9 and under
