Pueblo Bonito Resorts will waive no-show/cancellation fees for guests who are unable to arrive due to airport closures and the cancellation of flights relating to these storms. We are currently setting up a new call center, and we ask for your patience as we work fervently to reply to all of the requests and inquires that are coming in as a result of the hurricane. If you booked with Pueblo Bonito Resorts (on our website or through our 1-800 number), please do not worry if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation before your scheduled travel date. You may contact us during the week of September 22nd - 26th in order to take care of your refund. If you reserved through another channel (Travel agent, RCI, Expedia.com, etc.), we ask you that you please contact them directly as we will not be able to modify your reservation.
We are working hard to clean up debris and to restore operations, and if the destination is ready, our resorts will be ready to receive guests again on October 1st. The Mexican authorities, tourism authorities and utility companies are all working hard to restore all public and tourist services in the destination, which is expected to be completed in the next 8-12 days.
Please Note: If you are not scheduled to arrive in the next 2 weeks, we ask that you please contact us next week so that we can give priority to those slated to arrive this month.
