This is my first stay at Emerald Bay, although I visited its sister resort Pueblo Bonito across town last year. We are a group of four women and we are having a ball! We are staying in one of the villas, a three bedroom, three and a half bath house with its own swimming pool. A special shout out to the activities staff here (Lorena, Jesus, Marcella), who have capably led us through water aerobics, water volleyball, Blackjack and Texas Hold'em every day. They have endless energy and have added a lot of fun to our stay.

The resort and grounds are beautiful. Every employee aims to please. We highly recommend the all inclusive. You will get some great meals and erase any stress about a bill. We can't say enough good things about the Pueblo Bonito brand and the people who work for Pueblo Bonito. Emerald Bay will always be a special place for our family.

Since we arrive the hole staff made us feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious sparkling and so relaxing. The pool area is huge and the view to the ocean is just perfect. But what I'm in love with is the spa area. Lorena took care of us the hole time. Defiantly a place where I will come back. Because you just disconnect yourself while you are here

PBEB is the best resort in Mexico! We come here twice a year and always have a fun filled week. From the unique low rise architecture, the luxurious infinity pools, the Hawaiian style rich vegetation and landscaping, 8 miles of sandy beach it presents a perfect setting. Most of all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We want to recognize Marcela, Jesus and Lorena the entertainment crew as well as Angel, Fernando and Ricardo the pool staff. Great job!

This is definitely a beautiful place. Right before you walk in there are peacocks and birds on the side. The lobby area is nice and when your at the front desk they have an aquarium in threw all small not to big but it's nice. There is a fountain in the middle. The workers here are great, they also have an amazing spa facility. They have three swimming pools one for adults only the other is a huge pool right next to the ocean for all and then another pool right in front of the bistro restaurant. The rooms are nice very spacious they also have villas that you can own if you purchase for an affordable price. They also have mass outside the lobby on Sunday's which I think is cool. The wifi here is free however available right outside your room or if you stand next to the Windows. Overall we had a great time here and the place is nice
