With its Mexican, vegetarian-friendly, and vegan menu options, LaFrida is a tribute to Mexican cuisine, art, and culture. This fine-dining establishment at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort offers an experience that transcends time and tradition with authentic recipes that merge old-time recipes with modern cooking techniques. LaFrida’s unique and inspired approach to gourmet Mexican cuisine has earned the restaurant the highest distinctions for fine dining in Los Cabos, including a AAA Four Diamond Award for excellence in cuisine. Enhancing the flavors are the views; LaFrida’s elegant dining room offers indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular ocean panoramas. LaFrida is not suitable for young children. To dine at LaFrida, a $30 surcharge per person applies. Dress code is resort elegant.
The Quivira Golf Clubhouse is the perfect complement to the Quivira golf experience. A thatched-roof oasis located between the first tee and the 18th hole, it is a natural gathering spot for golfers to “talk shop” before and after a round. Tucked into the breathtaking landscape is The Quivira Steakhouse and 19th Hole Bar, a favorite for post-game drinks. The Quivira Steakhouse menu features mouthwatering deep-fried calamari, luscious creamy pastas, crisp salads; the finest prime cuts and seafood accompanied by fabulous sides and sauces, as well as an international wine selection and hand-crafted cocktails. Indoor and outdoor dining is offered from late afternoon through evening. A surcharge of $35 per person applies when dining at the Steakhouse.
Capitalizing on its spectacular beachfront location and complementing its full service, luxury all-suite lodging, Pueblo Bonito Rosé Resort & Spa invites guests to experience its fine dining establishments with menus featuring traditional recipes crafted with only the freshest ingredients. Don't miss the fabulous Fellini's Ristorante for its award-winning, classic Italian cuisine. The menu features traditional savory antipasti, thin-crusted grilled pizzas, juicy prime cuts, the day’s fresh catch and succulent shellfish, rich and creamy risottos, handmade pastas, and melt-in-your-mouth desserts. Fellini's also features a sophisticated wine cellar created by our master sommelier to deliver thoughtful pairings that enhance every flavor of your meal. Indoor or patio dining is available. Dress code is resort elegant, though gentlemen's shorts with casual shoes are accepted. Children under the age of 11 are not permitted, and a surcharge of $20 per person applies.
