About Pueblo Bonito

We have eight Pueblo Bonito luxury resorts in Los Cabos and Mazatlán, plus two new Pueblo Bonito Vantage properties in San Miguel de Allende and Mazatlán’s Centro Histórico.

Yes, Pueblo Bonito resorts offer a Best Rate Guarantee for our free-cancellation rates. If you find a lower rate elsewhere, we’ll match it.

Yes—Pueblo Bonito’s free-cancellation rates (our refundable rates) allow changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival; non-refundable rates may allow date changes but no refunds.

If your rate allows, you can change dates up to 48 hours before arrival.

Depending on the resort, check-in can be at either 3:00 or 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am across all Pueblo Bonito resorts.

Our Pueblo Bonito resorts are pet-free; however, one of our Pueblo Bonito Vantage properties allows small dogs. Pueblo Bonito Vantage San Miguel de Allende offers one pet-friendly room category, which includes pet-friendly amenities.

All-Inclusive Experience

Pueblo Bonito’s Mazatlán resorts are close to the Golden Zone’s swimmable beaches, as are the resorts on Medano Beach in Los Cabos. Our resorts facing the Pacific Ocean do not have swimmable beaches. Always check signage or ask staff.

Yes—most Pueblo Bonito properties offer gyms and fitness classes. Guests also have access to the gym facilities at sister properties.

Yes—Pueblo Bonito can make your visit to Los Cabos or Mazatlán family friendly with its Kids Club amenity (ages 4–11) at select resorts. Sunset Beach also features a Fun Lab for teens.
