“We firmly believe that each of us is the engineer in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of the structures that make up our body,” said Diana F. Mestre, a spa consultant based in Mexico City who worked closely with management to formulate a menu of cutting-edge spa services. “Our methodology is based on strengthening the axis between the respiratory, lymphatic, endocrine, and circulatory systems. We’ve integrated the most advanced techniques in the industry with the aim of ‘hacking’ your body's biology and physiological functions. We seek to reactivate the brain's adrenal system, reboot the body, and reprogram the mind to achieve total renewal.”

Among the biohacking treatments available is a 120-minute Aromatika Detox that uses manual lymphatic drainage techniques and a temperature contrast between hot (infrared sauna) and cold (ice bath) to provide a purification and revitalization experience. Treatments are complemented by the Sana Bar, which offers drinks rich in collagen, vegan protein, and adaptogens.

Adaptogens are natural, non-toxic plants (or their extracts) known to help the body adapt to stress, anxiety, and fatigue, normalizing bodily processes and promoting a feeling of well-being. The goal of taking adaptogens? Return the body to a state of balance (homeostasis).

Wine therapies take tap into the beneficial properties of wine grape derivatives in treatments and rituals to give the skin a healthier appearance. The high resveratrol content of red grapes acts as a powerful antioxidant. Its properties increase collagen production, promote skin regeneration and reduce skin blemishes.

Mestre noted that, in addition to an exclusive Natural Wine Skin Care line created by Natural Benefits, Aromatika Spa carries the renowned Italian Skin Care Facial line by Vagheggi, which uses active natural ingredients in its products.

The distinctive Aromatika Boutique Atelier is an interactive space where guests can experience and experiment with various oils and scrubs from its apothecary. For example, the spa’s experts can assist guests in selecting an artisanal organic oil to enhance the massage experience.
