The Market at Quivira: A Runaway Culinary Sensation
Recently opened to immediate acclaim at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, The Market at Quivira, a unique culinary concept unlike any other in Los Cabos, has redefined the region’s gastronomic “food hall” experience.
Inspired by modern food halls found in major U.S. and European cities, including Harrods in London and the Plaza Hotel in New York, The Market features an enticing array of eateries and a handsome central bar plus open, communal seating for more than 450 diners.
The space was designed “to provide more eclectic dining options for our hotel guests,” according to Federico Martinez, Pueblo Bonito’s Corporate Sub-Director of Operations.
The open-floor complex, designed to please all types of palates, offers a classic deli as well as regional Mexican cuisine, eclectic Asian fare, brick-oven pizzas, crepes (sweet or savory), healthy salads, fine chocolates, ice cream, and more. The Market also showcases a 1950’s American-style diner serving hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, milkshakes, dessert and excellent breakfasts. The Market’s coffee shop features an array of custom-blended international coffees as well as hot or cold frappes and fresh-baked muffins, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls and more.
Located within walking distance of the Sunset Beach motor lobby, The Market welcomes resort guests to enjoy its array of food and beverage options with their all-inclusive plans. Only the chocolate shop is not included in the program.
That sound you hear as you approach Sunset Beach? It’s the sound of contented patrons and curious foodies moving through the halls of The Market at Quivira and wishing each other “buen provecho” (bon appetite).
