Tips on How to Prepare For and Enjoy A Relaxing Massage at our Cabo Spas

A relaxing massage is a great way to enhance your luxury Cabo hotel experience. The spas at Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Los Cabos are rated among the Top 10 Hotel Spas for Mexico, Central America and Latin America by Travel + Leisure Magazine readers. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica has been awarded Spa Magazine's Reader's Choice for Best Spa in Mexico two years running. For the best experience, and for your comfort, avoid eating immediately before a treatment. For most, an hour after your last meal is a good amount of time to leave before a spa treatment. One should arrive around 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Please be aware that a late arrival will determine the length of the treatment. Your service will end as scheduled, so that the next guest will begin on time. Good communication assures the best results. If you have allergies, injuries or require special treatment on any part of you body, please notify both the receptionist and your therapist. If certain areas of your body are tense or tender, inform your masseuse so they can help relax and ease the problem area. Your comfort and satisfaction are our goals. You can request either a male or female therapist, though it might limit some treatments. All of the Pueblo Bonito Therapists are trained professionals and will properly drape you throughout your treatment. If you chose to not disrobe, you can remain clothed, just be sure to keep in mind to wear loose clothing to allow your therapist to properly massage you. You can ask your therapist to adjust the massage for your comfort. Feel free to communicate with your therapist regarding technique and pressure. After your massage is complete, allow yourself to ease out of the chair slowly and don't stand too quickly (some people can experience dizziness if they stand too fast). Drink as much water that you can comfortably intake after the treatment, to aid the therapeutic process.
